Sounds like a bunch of us are in the same boat with the meds.
We are going to have to go from shave meetups to pill popping parties.
The teeth do look awesome Mike.

Thanked: 4206Left over brisket and prime roast combined with chili goodness.
And some home made sourdough cheese baguettes for todays work potluck Christmas lunch.
Leftovers done right.
Was worth getting up early to prepare.
Cheers.

Hey guys....how long have you ever left a pork shoulder sit in the fridge, seasoned. Its only been a day, so far.
Um asking because I was going to smoke it today, being it was supposed to be the warmer day of the week, now its been moved to Friday, new years eve.
Will the rub over power it, or will I be OK till Friday while its sitting in the fridge.Mike

Thanked: 4826I’ve gone two days in the fridge. It your fridge is right around 32F meat can keep quite a while and the colder it is the slower the spices should absorb. I’d go for it!
