Hey Steph!! I need a judgement call on one. I was wanting to cook something, so collard greens sprung to mind. While they were simmering, it didn't look right. Ah yes, Linguica! So I fried some up and threw it in. Looks better now, but, is it Hobbit approved? Do they eat meat??

On the note of Chai....i'm gonna say that there are many recipes and a few slight variations on methods. Bella is correct....it's basically half milk half tea with spices which vary from person to person. It's the Cafe aulait of the tea world. My spice blend was usually cinnamon ,cardomom,nutmeg sometimes with a small pinch of black pepper steeped in milk then like in the video I would combine the milk and tea mixture with honey and presto , Chai tea. only thing missing is the Lamb Saag and Chicken Jalfrazi............and the Naan bread and the Potato Samosas and the............

I liked the Peach Flavoured Black Tea, so I ordered some Apple Flavoured. This stuff is awesome! Not a huge apple fan, but this stuff is great. Again, like the peach, not overwhelming, but it's so very well balanced. I sweetened it with a bit of washed raw sugar, it made it smell like a peach cobbler, and that was just fine with me!!
