isnt the caffine in tea supposed to be uplifting enough, and i believe that a good tea, weather it be a pu ehr, or some lapsang souchong, well that flavor lifts my spirit up enough with out haveing to add much else.

    Greetings to all...

I really enjoy coffee in the morning...
    and Tea in the evening.

If ever anyone is interested in trying something rather... exotic.

    check this out :

    Your favourite blend of
Earl Grey Tea + 4-5 dried rose heads + a tea-spoon of loose lavender.

sugar it up to your desire and ... it will take you somewhere else.

=) someone try it and get back to me !!

Doesn't sound too bad to me, but then again, my grandmother would make fresh iced rose tea during the summer months. Very refreshing.

My personal favorite is Earl Grey Cremé from Teavana. That and their German rock sugar. Delicious. Four to five cups per day. of course come summer, I add a few glasses of iced tea, usually luzianne.

my style of iced tea is probably different from most, i boil 2 family size tea bags with 2 plantation mint tea bags. in the gallon pitcher i add 1 cup of sugar, and 1 pack of lemon koolade, and that is my version of the arnold palmer.
