Thanked: 1160There are several ways you can go,but I got a nice teapot from these guys and it was quality all the way. Polish pottery is good stuff. Polish Pottery - Polish Dinnerware - Polish Stoneware

Thanked: 1160All teapots are not equal. Things to look for. Pottery is good but quality in pottery varies. The spout should have what I call a nice sharp edged lip or it will dribble when pouring. You can tell when you have poor quality pottery as it feels sorta cheap and hollow and fragile. But that being said...really it's not that hard to find a decent one. The two examples I gave you will be quite good. It's always nice to get a tea cozy to cover your pot as well to help keep your tea hot. Recommendations for that I have none.Search around for that. I will say however that I am a biased fan of drinking tea out of tea glass instead of porcelain. I learned that from russian and middle eastern culture. Look back on previous posts in this thread and you will see examples of what I mean. Feel free to pm me as well if you want further info on that realm, or anything else for that matter. I am happy to help. Cheers my friend and welcome to our little tea thread here.
