Tea from a sushi restaurant is likely to be either konacha (if you're in Japan), a lower quality sencha, or maybe houjicha if it's being served with the meal.
Easy to get hold of (well, maybe not konacha - I've not found that online) from a variety of online vendors: yuuki-cha.com, o-cha.com, zencha.net, ippodo-tea.co.jp/en, hibiki-an.com, denstea.com
Those are the ones that come to mind immediately, anyway.

Thanked: 198Im around, just been hanging out and lurking, and yessss lapsang. Tonight I tried something different, I made a gallon of iced tea from pg tips, seeing how were out of the normal tea bags I would use, that and fresh mint, some lemon koolade, ant were good to go
