So , I've stated this before , If you're a Cardiologist , please turn the page heh.....Meat is Goooood !!.....It was cook up the odds n ends tonight. All fried up in the cast iron skillet. Pork stew meat,a couple of italian sausages and some chicken Pelmeni (Russian dumplings). Oh yeah my colon hates me right now...but my stomach luuuuuvs me.
