Tonight I made sandwiches with turkey breast smothered in pan gravy on rolls. A bit graphic so no pics.;)
The Best Part of Thanksgiving
The leftovers- tonights dinner features a big honkin turkey sandwich with melted gouda cheese, mayonaise and cranberry sauce washed down with a cold Yuengling Lager. Piece (or pieces) of pie for dessert (probably pecan and or sweet potato), that should be great for my type 2 diabetes :) Oh well, I'll behave in a week or two.

We just got our power back,after a very cold 2 1/2 days. The Turkey has been in the snow bank since Wednesday night....it's Saturday...and we have our power back and now we can have Thanksgiving !!!!
