I do admit to some formal training some years ago.

More wonderful Pasta : Tonight it was Spaghetti with beef,cherry tomatoes,pearl onions,black Nicoise olives,garlic,Olive oil,smoked Paprika and Rosemary, and a bit of Argentine Reggianato cheese.
