Can't seem to shake this Pasta Jag man ........well, If ya can't beat it,embrace it...right ??!!
Linguini:with garlic,grape tomatoes,baby bella mushrooms,red onion and olive oil. The meat balls I made on the fly with ground pork,cayenne,sage,rosemary,garlic and onion powder,salt n pepper. Got the sausage from the local. It's Italian of course. Tossed and topped with good shredded fresh Parm.

Soft shell lobsters are once a year event, so it's a crime to miss it. I thought I had a bottle of chablis, but I was mistaken, thus the laurent-perrier to go with it - when in doubt a good champagne is always a great choice!
