No marinade, just some olive oil, salt, and pepper. The lighting and plate probably gave the steak more of a red tint.

I like this !!....Usually I add some mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts for added crunch ;)

Mushrooms are good but I don't care for water chestnuts because of the texture.

I'm slipping. I took pics of what I was preparing but ate before I took pics of the result. Anyway, broiled lamb loin chops and stewed white beans.

Made Italian sausage this morning. It's in the freezer now. It'll either go into sausage and peppers or on the grill.
