Venison coated in mustard and then rolled in crushed Pecans. Very good! I should have my daughter home to visit and cook more often! I see I went a little nuts with the pepper on the corn and potatoes.

Looks good to me ! Corn n pepper go together quite nicely.

Dinner tonight was cedar plank-grilled Salmon with potatoes, carrots and onions cooked in foil packs.

Lite n Tasty n Supper : My take on a Waldorf Salad,.....Sweet apple(any kind),English cucumber,celery,red onion,red grapes,pumpkin seeds,mayo,sesame oil,pepper.......along with Sicilian olives and ham on Rye crisps with mayo.......dddeeeeeelish !

I just got some sweet and sour news. My daughter is getting a new job and moving from 60 miles away to 1745 miles. She is going to move back home for a month during the transition so I hope I have a few more posts of her cooking!:D
