Figured may as well finish the shrimp package after the tacos so I made thai curry thing with it (I use the green paste from the thai kitchen brand).
As usual, a bit sloppy plating, but it's not fancy food :)

Even though your rice island is not centered and your garnish is of varying sizes I think that it looks very tasty!
I could have spent more time on the picture layout but I wanted to get into it while hot off the bbq.
RezDog brought me some nice halibut to the Calgary Meet.
Garlic butter/lemon baked on a BBQ mat combined with quinoa and asparagus.
A treat for this CowTown cowboy.

Very Nice,Halibut is the only Ocean Fish my wife and I will Eat (sometimes Tuna)but in my local Halibut is $27/lb

Outbacks best bbq ribs. Rubbed with sweet n spicy rub then slow roasted to perfection. Then brushed with my wifes bbq. Concoction and finished on grill. Served with zucchini and yellow squash sauteed with butter,olive oil,garlic n onionAttachment 200680

I went looking for Morel mushrooms today and no luck! But we got a big bag full of wild leeks/ramps and I found this shed antler.

To busy cooking and camping ,fishing, having fun, etc. to take many pictures but this is an example of part of my dinner the last three days. This one is Northern Pike and Crappie deep fried. Waiting on the fries... Fun fishing trip in northern Wisconsin. Found bear feces in our camp one morning but he/she didn't bother us!
I harvested a wild turkey and Morel mushrooms earlier in the week but they are awaiting a later post.
