Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, but i guess it depends what kind of insect it was.

Does Sambuca count? I decided on an espresso and sambuca tonight
My goto for about 4 yrs has been RedBreast Irish. Haven't found another to beat it in the price class (~$50/750 ml). If you drink Irish, and haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and find a bar that sells it, or head to your local liquor store. A good number of them stock it.
Just finishing off the Talisker 10 yo I bought the other day. I did a kind of review on my blog. I'm still not sure if it's ok to post a link, but I'm happy for it to be removed if it turns out to be against the rules. davidtastes.blogspot.com
Tried some Arbelour this weekend. Nice, smooth very tasty.
Hey Everyone, guess I'll make my first post in the forum in the most appropriate thread I could find, the scotch thread :beer2: I've been drinking Aberlour for years. It's so smooth and definitely my go to scotch when I want to introduce someone new to scotch whiskey. Here's a pic of my scotch collection.

Thanks, Leatherstockiings, I really appreciate you taking the time to read it.
Arniem, welcome to the forums, you've made quite an entrance with that picture! You've got some good stuff there, Abunagh is awesome but unfortunately it's illegal here in Norway because it's just a little too strong. I'm sure that law is designed for moonshiners, not appreciators of fine whisky. How's the Glenfiddich 21?
Name dropped!
I'm very pleased with my bunnahabhain 12 y/o - in some ways it's similar to a talisker 10 but less peppery.
I get a lot of apple and raisin and sherry, building to seaweed and salt spray, and a not overly impressive finish that's pleasantly smokey and lightly peated.
