Right now I am enjoying a glass of Iced Coffee, with a shot of Jameson's Irish Whiskey & Kahlua over some , French Vanilla ice cream. I figure my blood Sugar will go thru the roof.

Sounds nice. I used to quite enjoy a hot black coffee with a good slosh of cheap scotch in it, but haven't had that for years.

Normally I like to close the day with a glass of Macallan, but I found a neat new beer for tonight instead... Blue Moon Chai Ale... It tastes the way I imagine bay rum should

A little different but I might buy a bottle of pusser's gunpowder proof rum, for a bit of a change.

The glen Garioch is very nice, quite vanilla-y on first sip but builds to wood and spice. Short on the finish but I'm too used to a good islay or island dram. Nice but not a must. Would favour a glen farclas, perhaps.

I had a glass of Corsair Triple Smoke when I was in NYC a few weeks ago. It was very good.
I have since been looking for it, but it seems to only be available in a rather small amount of stores in USA. I will probably have a hard time getting a bottle in Denmark.

I like the name, would you recommend it? I know nothing about rum, other than that the one my dad buys is better than the last one i bought 8 years ago.

I've been working on a bottle of Famous Grouse; apparently it's Scotland's most popular blend. It's a decent enough every day dram with a couple of ice cubes. Kind of light and sweet with the ice, and let's me save my much more precious Lagavulin for more special occasions.
