Good Chablis is expensive. But I try to buy at least six bottles when I buy. I think it really rewards ten years of aging. And after waiting that long, you don't want to have only one bottle to enjoy.

    Thumbs up Montepulciano d'Abruzzo - Cantina Zaccagnini - 2011

Got this bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and I'm pleasantly surprised. It's full bodied, fruity, dried berries with a hint of fruit cake, ripe tannins and a delicious finish.

C'mon Max. My last post was of a wine I won't be drinking for quite some time. How was yours?

Fresh made baguettes and goat cheese....and my favorite wine maker, Florent Baumard's Savennieres.
