A wine I come back to ever so often,
Torres - Sangre de Toro. Here the 2013 vintage.
Nice and round, goes to almost everything.

Thanked: 38I like my reds, but partake only a few days a month. A discipline thing... But tonight I opened an Apothic Dark 2013 California blend. Pretty good. Third glass... Never saw this thread before; glad to add to the fun.

I think I found my new "house white".
A mild one with a touch of citrus, apple and pear to it. Nice to seafood or chicken.
