    Yeah, after going to the good stuff Jerry it's tuff to go back.
    As to your measurements, to each their own. You adjust to what you like and enjoy!!!
    I find my favorite Espresso is a bit light, according to what is "Recommended" as the optimum amount. But then again, I don't use a dark Espresso roast either.

    So find what works for you, and go with it
