Dudes, it worked wonderfully, and I love how it smells (besides being pricy).
Suddenly, a question popped in my mind.
Had any of you tried any booze as aftershave? How did it performed?

I've made my own Bay Rum style aftershave using Appleton Jamaican Rum. It works very well.

I've also splashed on rum or vodka directly, just to test them, and both worked.

    Rum doesn't get sticky?

The homemade bay rum didn't get sticky.

I've only tried the direct splash once or twice, but I didn't notice it get sticky later during the day. I'll have to try it out again, after having some on the rocks.

I splashed on some Appleton rum this morning. The rum smell disappeared and I'm not feeling any sticky on my face this afternoon.
