Hey, don't laugh! Some of the more curious minds around here have already been there and done that.

Ive shaved my girlfriend a number of times,I tend to work hips down to ankles figured if I'm going todo a good job on the private bits I might as well give a good shave on the legs as well.

I cheated a little bit when it came to a lather and used the squirty shaving gel that she would normally use for those bits, to date she's never suffered any razor burn from my straight and her lather.

I would however suggest that if this is your first time doing lady bits I'd get some practice in on her legs or yours hip to ankle full front and back as it will give you some practice on diff skin softnesses and curves and creases in the skin etc.

If however you are dedicated to having ago, take ur time and remember where the the edges of the razor are, as there tends to be less "room" to manoeuvre a straight down there than when your doing your face, also skin stretching helps as much todo those bits as ur face, just don't stretch too much lol

The only razor I had at the time was a fully hollow round nose in fact looking at my razors now it's the only type I have ( I do have a wedge but it's off to be sharpened soon as its only been with me for a week)

I rescaled it with one white and one red scale, and if I ever feel really ambitious I'll find someone with a laser engraver and get a maple leaf inset cut for the scale. It'd be a red leaf against white, right? That's if I stick with the Canadian theme. Might have to try something different, like maybe pubic micarta. Who wouldn't love that, eh?

Back to the original topic, really, guys, put in the time to read about Project Coochie Razor. Both hilarity and practical wisdom, with input from actual women who had shaved the actual area with actual straight razors. I think thinner lather was preferred, as has already been mentioned in this thread.

Never done or received such a shave myself, but it makes for interesting speculation.
