Nivea!
I'm sure this has been posted here previously, (it's late and frankly, I'm lazy right now,) but I've recently been turned on to Nivea's post shave balms.
I got the "Sensitive Skin" type, only lightly scented, so that I could use whatever after shave I wanted and not mix scents too much, and have to say I'm duly impressed with this product. It instantly relieves any burn, and within a half hour, my face is not greasy, but is soothed and doing very well.
I usually don't post like this about products, but I'm pretty impressed here, and highly recommend this to everyone. What a difference!
A good shave, a splash of Stephens or Col Conk bay rum, and then a liberal application of Nivea. Smelling and feeling good!

My favorite is the Nivea Protective balm. The only problem is that locally its very difficult to find. Every time I see it I usually buy 2 or 3.

I use Witch Hazel as an after shave then apply some Nivea Sensitive Skin After Shave Balm. As stated above it leaves the skin soothed & soft plus helps to re-moiturize your skin. It's good stuff, not real expensive and usually available at most well known drug stores like Walgreen's, CVS, etc.

Thanked: 0Since I started with my DE's I've used the Nivea Sensitive Skin balm After looking around here I picked up some witch hazel from CVS. When the Nivea and witch hazel are used together they seems to work wonders. Hopefully they'll keep going strong once my straights arrive. I've been doing a post shave hot water rinse, apply the witch hazel and air dry, cold water rinse, then Nivea. Anyone have a different regimen that may work better?
