Funny you mention that, -22C as we speak this morning and there were a few -29C mornings last week. Yea definitely feels a bit different from 80F.

the only thing availible to me locally is VDH and williams. I have been using the VDH shave soap but i'd like to try something new and better. I was going to order something online but with all the choices its hard to decide. I dont want to spend a fortune but i want something with a good slick lather and a nice scent. Any recommendations?

The body shop shave cream has been the only one i've tried so far, and I find it fanstastic. There are a few threads buried in the archives about it. Very smooth lather. Here in Oz we had 45C the other day.

I'm going to need a bigger bathroom

Can't go wrong with Castle Forbes, Geo F Trumper, DR Harris. Just pick a scent you like (the hard part).

They have C. O. Bigelow at Bath and Body Works if you have a mall nearby. Just ask for the men's section as its very small and easy to overlook I got three tubes for 20.00! (buy 2 get one free) Definitely not a bad cream for the money

I have a few creams and soaps, the soaps last years but the creams for the most part lather up fast and can be taken straight to the face to lather.
