    With that mixture, you might be able to shave! No lather needed -- or maybe that's how the old "brushless shave creams" were made.

    Yeah, It makes for a very comfortable shave, and the lather does not dry out. With TOBS soap it dried out a bit when I added the glycerin, but this way I haven't had that problem. I put it in an empty pump bottle and it's no hassle.

    glycerin is part of all my soaps as the natural product of saponification.

    removal of glycerin from soaps (by mfg's) is part of what makes commercial soaps suck.
