I bought some lanolin and a dropper bottle thinking to mix them but the lanolin is like a sticky like ear wax and it isn't diluting with anything, soap, water, or glycerin. Is there a trick to mixing it into the glycerin to put in a dropper bottle? It is really thick heavy stuff stubborn to mix with anything.

Where can I find some Lanolin? I'd like to try it out.

I have been useing Glycerin for a week or so now and prefer to create Uberlather for most of my shaves, I really like the consistency I get with it, and even when I do cream or soap only I find that I get MUCH better lather with the addition of Glycerin

amazon sells it but make sure you get liquid lanolin not the hard solid pure lanolin. If you get the hard lanolin though you can liquify it by mixing with 50% hot water and a drop of soap.

you mean a new attachment to the house

lanolin has an unexpected quality for me that it is very ear waxy in a very water repellant way. It doesn't really mix well and puts that wool smell into everything it touches. Seems you need to be a chemist to formulate anything useful with it.

Im going to have to give this another shot . Initially I found it to make my lather sticky . Perhaps I need to use less.

Glycerine or Lanolin? I have found glycerine to make the lather clumpy to where it doesn't hang on as well. I personally have never had a problem getting a great lather straight off any of my soaps or creams.
