    Wonderful Mr. C.

I have a cherished tin of Graham Webb Hair Wax that I procured from a barber somewhere in Indiana (near Indianapolis) in the early 90s. This vintage version is no longer, so I'll be sad when it finally runs out. I use it very sparingly. A little dab, usually on Sunday for the full effect at Sunday dinner.

Went with original tonight. I sure like this stuff. Still havent tried the Veg but i dont think i ever will with what i hear.
I love the Veg, especially after it's "barber-tricked". 1/2 bottle of Veg, 1/2 bottle of Dickenson's Witch Hazel, two tablespoons of Wintergreen Alcohol.
Tames it down big time and softens the nose. Plus, it gives you TWICE the amount of Veg for the same price. After doing this, it's great right out of the bottle. Most turn their noses up when they originally apply it. It softens after time, but they can't get past the first blast of Veg hitting them in the nose. This trick changes that experience. You can do water instead of Witch Hazel, but I prefer to cut it with Witch Hazel. Feels better on the face that way to me. But the Wintergreen Alcohol can't be skipped. It's the heart of mellowing out the fragrance.

Bongo can probably clear up any questions you have in the way the labels are marketed.

    Thanks for the Chat Hirlau.
Just ran to Sally's and found the 12.5 oz bottle in stock. The label YOU posted. I like this bottle shape better anyway. The one I posted looked more like the shape of bottle cooking oil comes in. As you said, they only carry the Original but now I know where I can find it in town. Will order a few smaller bottles tonight of the Vanilla and whatever else I find. But now I can stop being so stingy with what I have. SO...

Original for me now and tonight after I shave. Ha.

At some point Hirlau will share pictures of how he gets his supply (Drums for backup to his array of 1000L containers that are filled by a mobile truck unit..)
