Well, there was no shave yesterday, Clubman Friday, but I did splash on some Citrus Cologne.
I miss Bongo on this thread, as he kept us Friday Guys in order. Last email from him, he stated he had a computer problem & was looking for a new one. I hope he finds one before long.
On a happier note, last week, at the Bass Pro, one of the guys asked me about DE shaving. I set him up with a great looking Gillette Knack 1968, that I got for him on the Bay. I gave it to him yesterday with a pack of Sharks & a pack of 7 O'Clocks. Gave him some pointers on how to start . He was grateful & gave me twice what I paid for the Knack.

I used special reserve Friday but have been quite busy so I used my DE most of last week. Tonight I will do a straight shave and am thinking Vanilla.....[emoji4]

Last Friday on the way to a razor meet I stopped at a gas station I Pleasant Hill IA which is a suburb of Des Moines. A young man who looked dressed for one of the many high school graduation parties approached from the next pump and said he had a silly question but he wanted to know my favorite fragrance. When I said Pinaud Clubman he commented that he had never heard of it. I gave him a amazed look and said I couldn't believe it as they have been around for over 100 years. He offered me a sample of his that he was trying to sell and I kindly refused.
What a weird experience!
