If it is about attracting the ladies of quality than simply find out what her father or grandfather's aftershave used to be.

I recently tried Esprit Horizon in a shopping mall and it's really nice.

Heh, I'm not sure how to interpret this either but depending on the meaning there are at least two answers:

    1) overweight ladies need loving too, as a friend told me once
    2) I thought WAD was prevalent among the male population?

Thanks for the tips. My girlfriend pointed out that unscented or low-level scented stuff would also be a good idea, becuase then I can still wear my favorite EdT's and not have it overpowered.

    Any other suggestions?

How does one pronounce "Chav"? is it with a hard 'ch' like chew or a soft 'ch' like chute?
And yes, the unscented may be a good solution ... like ...

... Mama Bear! Her stuff's great. Try the 'summer' aftershave milk with 'bonsai' scent. Yeah.

Oh, and lots of fragrance companies make a/s and ASB to match the scents of their most popular colognes ... cruise the internet for the scents of your choice!

An old post, but Sunsi, if you're still out there:

I splashed on the old traditional Pinaud Clubman (inexpensive and readily available at Walgreens) and both my hip, young daughters ( aged 22 and 24) thought it smelled "modern"--something they'd like their boyfriends to wear.
So, there you have it. A barbership tradition that has excellent "repair" ingredients and has a timeless, thus "modern" smell.
    You Pinaud Clubman users agree?

Ron - is it possible that they like it because it reminds them of you or a Grandfather that they love?

But I admit I am intrigued now to check it out (no idea of the scent). I thought I am too young for it but seems not

    Cheers

I'm still here Ron - and still interested in this thread. I have to tell you that Pinaud is one of the reasons this whole thread came up. My girlfriend smelt it and said "ew you remind me of my grandfather" and turned her nose up

I think the problem here is not the smells - I think the problem here is women. They just are not consistent and do not know what they want.
