Thanked: 0OLD SPICE for me, What do you like?
Hey guys, I've got old spice atershave, I've noticed that after my shave, I splash a little on my face. I love the little burn I get but for some reason when I stretch my face I get a little irritation, this lasts for a few hours actually. What do you guys like? I noticed bay rum seems to be popular, but has anyone used mustang aftershave or anything else? what do you guys like?

I like the Clubman products - Vanilla in particular. I also enjoy Lucky Tiger Aspen.

Thanked: 0Cologne I like
I also like the Clubman, though I use the Pinaud. I have recently ordered some of the Clubman Bay Rum but have not received it yet. Anxious to give it a try. Cheers to all.

Old Spice is nice, if you like that you'll like Pinuad Clubman. Pinuad Bay Rum, Royall Bay Rhum, Florida Water are all cheap but good IMO. Try Lilac Vegetal. Another cheapie and either love it or hate it. The first time I used it I was reminded of rotting garbage but in a minute or two I began to like it.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I use the Pinaud Bay Rum aftershave, I have old spice cologne but not aftershave. I also use an after shave called Preferred Stock, and Stetson aftershave (as well as cologne) I like them all. They are afforable and smell really good.
Old spice has to be one of my favorite colognes though, it lasts long and is cheap!

If your face feels like it is tight, sort of like a freshly tuned drum, you may need some conditioning of the skin. I would try an after shave balm. Everything mentioned so far is alcohol based. Astringents would only increase that tightness. Depending on the source of the irritation, alcohol based products may or may not help at all. Good after shave balms cost more than alcohol based but they are worth the money if you want your face to feel good. Something like the Art of Shaving, Baxter, Coral Skin Food and Castle Forbes should work. I did not like Nivea as it left my skin feeling pasty and heavy.
You can still use your alcohol based splash, I have used most of the ones previously suggested. Out of those Royall products are ALL excellent but not exactly cheap. I love bay rum in general but there are different qualities too, Royall, Dominica and St John are among the best commercially available, IMO. I do not like Pinaud Clubman or Agua Florida but that is only a personal opinion that should not influence your decision. I love Old Spice, Acqua Velva, Brut and even Skin Bracer of the super cheapos.
Al raz.

I use Aqua-Velva Blue. I started using it because that's what my Dad used.
