Truefitt Samples?????
I'd like to experience Truefitt's fragrances without spending the big bucks to buy each one. Has anyone been able to get samples of their shave creams, aftershave balms? How?
Thanks,
Tom

As far as I know, they dont send out samples and do not return email requests for samples.

I emailed them and got nothing in response. I got a response from Trumpers immediately. Guess I'll probably be buying some trumpers soon if it's as good as everyone says it is.

If you order Trumpers don't order it from a US company. Order straight from Trumpers. Even with the exchange rate and the shipping charge its still WAY cheaper especially if your order more than one thing.

I had the same thing, they didn't even respond. Don't think I'll buy from them if it's like that.

T&H customer service is great. Send an e-mail to [email protected], and if you get no response, contact Brittney Jansen, their manager of customer relations: brittney.jansen @ truefittandhill.com for personalized attention. She's great.

Since truefitt won't respond to requests for samples . . .
Unlike, Trumpers, Truefitt won't respond to email requests for samples; I suggest we start an email/mail/phone campaign to show them the error of their ways.
Several members have written requesting samples; these requests have been ignored and these members are now stating that they won't do business with Truefitt now.
Would everyone who feels the same way send emails to Truefitt [email protected] explaining that their unwillingness to accomodate requests for samples is costing them business. Perhaps they will respond more favorably.
I believe it would be very effective if someone could get the main London number and some members took the effort to call there directly.
I would love to experience their stuff, but not a $22 per experiment.
Thanks,
Tom

I did receive samples from Truefitt a while back. Which products are you interested? I'd be more than happy to provide my honest feeback on the products they have provided me.
