I'll surely give a review, and you are correct. Some of the scent profiles are crazy, but quite interesting. I'm really questioning the scent of fresh fallen snow.......when it snows here it smells like work

Cremo Menthol and Shavette followed by DE 2nd pass. Probably my last Shavette in a while. I miss my Straight Razor. Not sure Cremo is the best for a Shavette (with my Shavette skills as of this date). May not do that combo again.

Followed by the "Barber-Tricked" Clubman Lilac Veg Fragrance. 1/2 Bottle Lilac Veg cut with 1/2 Bottle distilled water and 2 Tablespoons Wintergreen Alcohol. Mellows out the fragrance nicely. The actual Barber Trick is only 1 Tablespoon Wintergreen Alcohol, but I find that the 2nd Tablespoon takes out even more of the "musk" I smell in the Lilac Veg and that suits my nose better. With that Barber trick, I actually really like Lilac Veg now as a pure fragrance. YMMV of course.

Good morning, gents.

Well, after sleeping on my evening shave (Cremo Cooling and a Shavette) I must say I will probably not do that combo again. No problem using Cremo with my DE or even my Straight, but a Shavette? Not such a good idea for my shaving skills. Cremo does not lather much, and although it is super slick, it's not agreeable with my skin and a Shavette. A bit if burn and some nicks. My face needs a breather today so although I was going to "touch-up" my evening shave this morning for a 10:00 AM business meeting, I decided that would not be a good idea. My face is telling me to take it easy for a day. They will have to deal with a slight overnight shadow. It's not that bad so I'd say it's still socially acceptable.

So after the shower, just some FLorida Water for the fragrance of the day.

Today (since I'm taking today off) I am taking a 2nd day off from shaving to let the face really recover from that last Shavette and Cremo scrap.
I'll probably shave this evening before bed.

Just a shower and some Acqua Di Gio for fragrance. Some of my Witch Hazel homebrew on the face after the shower.
