LOL no never. I'm actually in the military and frequently go to work after using it! The smell doesn't travel like a cologne or regular aftershave. The only time I really notice it is when I touch my face... then I get a delicious whiff of what is waiting for me when I get home.

I can now confirm both that Brooksie's SWMBO has a good sense of smell, and that the whiffs appear to be restricted to face contact. But man, do I ever smell tasty at the moment! I couldn't resist a SOTD after that...

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

    Thanks!

Milder than I had expected. Mind you it was a pretty smooth shave so I'm not surprised there wasn't too much burn, but I was expecting at least a bit of sizzle. I'll try it again on another day when things don't go quite so smoothly.

Thanks again for the tip. I'm thinking that since I'm a fan of Bay Rum, I may have to give some rum a chance one of these days...

Very cool. I mean I knew they used to use whiskey's as antiseptics back in the day so I guess that would make sense still. I would never have thought to use it as aftershave. I may have to check around for some scotch's or whisky's that could double. Right now I cant really imagine putting Jameson on my face and it smelling very good. lol

Laphroaig as aftershave. Can't imagine other than that would hurt like a b....
    Sounds really good!
