I've become a Pinaud junkie lately. I now have Clubman, Vanilla, Musk, VI Bay Rum, Special Reserve, Citrus Musk, Lime Sec and Lilac Veg!

They are inexpensive enough that you can own them all. They are also usable and of course some are used more frequently than others.

    Gentlemen,
Clubman is a way of life. It's an unpretentious bottle of comfort. Not only does it refresh the skin after the shave, but it also refreshes the memories of old-time barbershops. Through the years scores of aftershaves have come and gone from my humble shave den. Clubman has never left.

Yeah, soon you'll be stashin' Pinaud in weird places around the house like coffee cans and in the back of sock drawers. Wait, that's not weird is it?

Haha...yes, it is weird but I may soon be doing that! I have a 16 oz bottle of Clubman as backup to the 6oz bottle just because it was a good deal

I bought Lime Sec and Lilac Veg not particularly liking them but just to complete the Pinaud lineup I'm now getting to like all of the scents. Special Reserve and Lilac Veg just have to be used "correctly"

All things considered, I find the Pinaud aftershaves to be the best bang for the buck. Amazing how often I get complimented on smelling nice without being overly potent. And, let's face it, the price is right!

Obie has said it best about endurance of product,I've seen many a thread on the subject of Pinaud and it really is just like a good ol' friend. Let's hope they stay around for a good while longer.

Back in the "70's" there was an old guy who drove around town with a Avon bottle "deer laying down" glued to the hood of his car. They did make cool bottles, even cooler when used as a hood ornament!!

Shame they don't still make the glass bottles, That'd be neat to have.

Best bottle Avon ever made, IMHO, is the one for the "Close Harmony" issue. It's the only reproduction barber bottle ever made by Avon.
