I have the vanilla (a Mrs. Dan fav), the Bay Rum (classic, timeless), the Special Reserve (jury's still out on it - only wore at home one day) and...the Lilac Vegetal.
Now, I caught the LV on someone on my PATH train car this morning, and the scent was passable, appearing to have dried down to being a bit more mellow. But I still cannot wear it, both for my own sensibilities as well as by decree of Mrs. Dan.
If you want a 12 oz, used one time bottle of LV, come to the next razor stock in the NYC area and it's yours.

Thanked: 1160That Lilac Veg is um an oddball scent it seems. Tried it myself once cause I like the smell of Lilacs and I was sorta not sure on that one. Clubman fragerances do seem to really wear different on individuals for sure. One mans Musk is another mans not so good. Really seems to depend on yer body chem.

I rock the Clubman every Saturday. It is part of my slow, relaxing weekend shaving ritual. Nothing like a nice "Mandom" style application of Pinaud Clubman after your shampooed, showered, and shaved!
You raise the blade, you make the change
You re-arrange me 'til I'm sane.
