The Handmade Soap Company After Shave Soothing Cream is absolutely wonderful. It gets rid of razor burn very quickly and moisturizes really well and has no chemical ingredients. The smell is a bit like cucumber. I have other aftershave creams but this is my favorite.

Castle Forbes or Boellis Panama along with XPec would be my choices for the perfect after shave balm/oil
Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Thanked: 1195Unfortunately in Canada you're not going to find anything "epic" on the shelves unless you live in Toronto (which has a B&M Truefitt & Hill store). That being said, since you live in Ontario check out some online stores like Fendrihan or Italian Barber (Ontario-based) and the shipping costs should be quite reasonable for you.

Has anyone used Lucky Tiger aftershave face tonic? I'm now open to liquids, not just cream/balm/milks lol

Thanked: 12go buy some sweet almond oil and aloe vera gell from shoppers drug mart... mix them in a vial with some vitamin c essential oil (some kinda fruit name i would imagine) and you should be good to go.
I bought an this Primalan almond oil emulsion from fendrihan for 30$ lol... will be making my own from now on as everything out there has "fragrance" or synthetic garbage which irritates the skin. and they all cost a fortune!!!!
Bonus to making your own is some of the ingredients can be used for a re-shave oil also to help further reduce your chance of burn.

Thanked: 0It's unscented but I really like the truefit and hill ultimate comfort aftershave balm. Doesn't end up greasy on my already oily skin which is the main thing I look for in a balm. I do a alcohol based splash after I shave, let it dry and allow the burn to fade then I use the balm. It's expensive but a little goes a very long way. I use much less than a pea size amount for my whole face

Look up Em's Balm from Em's Shave Place | Shaving Brushes, Men's Wet Shaving Products, Razors, Blades, Toiletries for Men, Travel Supplies, Brush Holders. This balm is what I've found to be the best so far. I've used a lot of different balms from many of the big names out there. But either they do very little or are simply a vehicle to deliver their scents. This balm, unscented, is full of good stuff for soothing your skin. Aloe is the first ingredient. I think you'll find the price more competitive than the big names as well. I buy a small vial of the bay rum oil they sell, and add a couple drops to bottle of balm for a very light bay rum scent.

For me it's a cross between Roger & Gallet L'Homme and Castle Forbes Lavender. Both very moisturising and protecting after shave balms for terribly sensitive skin such as mine.
