This is the blade that Bruno made me, before my polishing work. I took the blade to 2 or 3 different states of polish on the blade. I'll update it as soon as I get the scales put on. The size is about 3.5 x 1 5/16. It was supposed to be 1 3/8, but it didn't make it. Oh, well. It's good to go now, except for the scales. I have found several different woods/materials I would love to use for this razor, but I just can't make up my mind. Does anyone know of a company that has some little Allen-head screws that I can use to make the scales removable for cleaning and to put different handles on it? Thanks.

I haven’t tried myself, but these are made by @sr_manufacture. Talk to Sorin, he can probably tell you all about them.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll look into your suggestions! I still like wet-shaving with my collection of straights, but I've been spending a lot of free time doing lots of other things, especially on YouTube at night and also the S.A.A.C. forums. I'm getting into several projects at home, including doing more remodeling around the house. See y'all later.

I have decided to finish out this razor now, as the bamboo fly rod I want to build, had to go back to the maker, for 2 new tips. I was not happy with them. I have sent an e-mail to Micro Fasteners to see what they can sell me for hardware. I will hit up the Duke of Pearl to see what they have for handle material. I'd love to use some Paua, most likely. There are just too many nice shell materials to make a decision from. Any body else bought a Bruno blade lately?

Just a couple more pics.
Polished finish with Brushed on the blade it self.
Razor is about a hairs width under 7/8 I think easy to hone up, 2 layers of tape.Last edited by alpla444; 04-11-2020 at 10:09 AM.
