Thanked: 3haha, Well it arrived today, what the pics didn't show (not to my eye anyway) is its had about an 1/8 inch honed off the toe , it keeps a full 1" width till about the last 3/4" of the toe then it slowly tapers to just over 7/8. I couldn't help myself, I removed the cheap, uneven acrylic scales and too it to the buffer for a slight polish.

Thanked: 3Well the camel bone blanks I ordered to wrap her in showed up today. After a couple hours of work I have come to the conclusion I much prefer the ease of working with horn over bone, but the bone does have a beautiful appeal that I really like once polished and buffed. Both smell GAWD AWFUL though!! Anyway here are some after pics
I went with the original chopper style with small domed washers, both scales and wedge are camel bone. Although I can't for the life of me figure out how to get these pics right side upLast edited by Russell1989; 09-20-2016 at 03:44 AM.
