Thanked: 46Few days ago I recived #13 DT bought from Mainaman. Razor is very nice looking one.
Today I did honing job and test shave.
After the shave I was little bit shocked because this one beat up almost all razors from my collection. Maybe just FON Golden Star Deluxe is so good as Filarmonica but just maybe.
Filarmonica is so good that I really have to think about my honing skills on other razors from my collection
So, question for all of you Filarmonica owners-how you compare Filarmonica with other razors from your collection?

You know, the Filarmonicas, of whom I have a few, are really good shavers.
Furthermore, they hone up real easy.
I'm not sure why that is, but getting a fine edge on those comes real easy to me.
In all honesty, in my modest collection, the Filarmonicas does stand out, and not all that many can rival them.Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Agreed ! The Filis stand out . Im new to honing but i recently got a #14 sub cero took it to the Naniwas and it shaves better than several razors I have had done by the pros...It cant be me. My other Filis are much the same.

Thanked: 46I was affraidd that I will have to check my honing skills on my other razors
....and I agree that Filarmonica is really easy to hone which I did not expect if we take in account their "double temple" name LOLLast edited by KING2011; 02-10-2012 at 11:07 PM.
