    Default Filarmonicas

I purchased a couple Filarmonica's from forum members and I won 4 on Ebay last month. I was only expecting to win perhaps 1 because my maximum bid was far lower than what the NOS Filly's usually go for.
I got more than I bargained for and all are in excellent condition, except one has a bit of staining, and a couple have loose scales or scales that do not centre properly.
One of the #13's I got from a member in another forum, the one one in the middle on the left, has speckled pitting on the tang and on the blade but does not affect the shave. This was my favorite razor so far and made me want another filarmonica. Little did I know I would end up with a whole carton of them! Eventually, some of them will go to new homes where someone else can enjoy the smooth shave from a Filarmonica Navaja para afeitar.

    Default Filly Inox?

So, how do the stainless steel Filarmonicas compare to the carbon steels?

I don't know nothing about Filarmonica inox, in the last times of the company the quality could vary, but they didn't use Stainless steel as far I know.

Novodur is not stainless steel, neither the subcero,

Different types of steel, with a chemichal or physical process.

hairdressing? I have one of these and it looks like any other 4/8 straight razor. It's stainless (INOX) so takes a little more time to hone, but otherwise it's a totally traditional straight in the 4/8 size. Not especially luxurious or exotic, and likely not what filarmonica collectors are hunting for, but a very nice little straight razor.

Is there some information on this razor being intended for hair-dressing?

The filarmonica 12 was usually sold under the phrase "especial para corte de cabello" , this title was only used for the 12, not the 13 nor 14. I am not saying that the 12 is not able to shaving, but by its size it was used for hair cut
