Thanked: 235Here are my two Bengall razors. I'm still waiting to get them in the mail. One is being sent to me here in Bangkok and the other is going to my address in Australia (so I will have to wait a few more months to get that one)

Thanked: 235My official entry into the band of brother, my 0.99c razor
Hi all.
Today I am as happy as a pig in $h!t. My 99c razor arrived in the mail. For this price I was willing to accept that it might be a piece of trash, but I think it is in remarkably good shave. It has a few spots of rust on the edge and the spine. Also the tail bit of the razor is rusty. One of the scales is broken off above the pin also.
But for the price I am extremely happy with it.

Hi Bengall friends,
Have you seen this? The Swedish Royal Library has a few scanned and zoomable pages from a 1917 Bengall price list by Borlänge Maskinaffär, the Swedish distributor. Featured are the models nr. 23, 25, 27, 29, 70 and 75. (The list on the lasts pages are of bicycle parts.)
I've got a number 25, then 6 Swedish crowns, recently bought for about twelve times that amount, but still a steal at ~8,50 USD.
