Here is the Robeson logo that appears on one of my blades. I worked it up into an 80x80 pixel jpg that you can use as a club ID. Just right click on the picture and cut and paste or save it into another file.

If I only knew how to do that

Here's how to do that. First right click on this icon:
and "save image as" to a file somewhere on your computer.
Then go to the top of this page and click on "User CP" (control panel) and in the left hand column click on "edit signature".
In the second box called "signature picture" go to option 2.
Click on "browse" and find the icon in your computer that you had just saved.
Double click on that file, then click on the "upload button" and it should appear in the "your current signature picture" box.
Click on "Insert Signature PIcture" and you should be all set.

Robeson 1585
Here's another Robeson that I picked up recently. It is the 1585 model with a 5/8 spike point.

Thanked: 45My first real straight shave was with a Robeson's Shure Edge that had just come back honed from Ken at RupRazor. It'd been given to me and seemed worth a shot. Ken assured me it was a nice shaver and sure enough.... Today I found another at a local antique market. Both have the hammered tang. I'll post pix if folks are interested. Neither looks as fancy as the one's posted.

Some people like fancy, some don't. Fancy isn't where the rubber meets the road. Post your pics if you like.

I posted this in another thread earlier in the week, and just realized that it should be here too. This is a 8/8 blade restored, scaled, and purchased from Robert Williams (Papabull) before he started making razors from scratch.

That is the biggest Robeson I have ever see
A bit of a conversation piece I bet. I have a custom barrel for my T/C Contender like that, a custom barrel maker got his start with one barrel to test his idea on, I managed to get the barrel in a trade and sent it to him to see if he could fix a problem I was experiencing. He calls me on the phone to tell me all about the barrel, I was floored and promptly told my daughter she was not allowed to sell the barrel with out me buying it off her
