I appreciate the info, but I was unde the impression that edelweiss' had the etching on the blade? Also just as a point of interest, how does everyone go about finding and dating infor on razors? It seems like an interesting and worthwhile skill to have

    Default Three Boker blades

I think I have a fourth Boker somewhere but can't locate it at the moment. Anyway, here are the three best ones I have.

    Boker Special
    Boker Edelweiss
    Boker Red-Injun N0. 101

Must be very good steel because they are very good shavers.

I have a personalized Boker with a MOP tang. It has "Billy Davis's" inscribed on the blade. If there is a Billy Davis on the board...it's yours.

I've seen the same scales in some of the other pictures in this post, but cannot determine the model. Any ideas? All i can really tell is by the trademark that its about 1932-1945. Any info helps!

The etching doesn't always survive the years. Especially if it's ever been restored. The etching is the first thing to go. I have a vintage edelweis with a very very faint etching that looks exactly like yours. That's why I suggested it is a vintage edelweis.

Well I truly appreciate the info, and it's good to know the quality Boker puts out rather than just reading about it. Thank you for info again

    BigJim and mjhammer like this.
"We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."
