Thanked: 1hello all, thought i would stop in and post pics of my Boker and hope to be worthy of the brotherhood. as well as maybe get some information (any and all) about the Rastus model, i've searched far and wide over the internet without finding any information on that model. So here is a H.Boker Rastus 5/8" spike point i found at an antinque store.

Thanked: 74I got this in the mail on friday. Was out of town, otherwise would have posted earlier.
I have rubbed it with a little flitz for about 5 minutes, then honed her up.
The scales are cool, but man do I dig the shape of the blade. Thumbnotches are awesome.

Doc,
On that 3/4 hollow Razor Max posted...have you ever seen one in a full hollow or atleast a full in that spine/point. The one I have is a standing tree with NO modle #'s and is a true full Hollow. Pore pic on page 4. Maybe not a 1056?

I don't have the razors to look at end on, but often the difference between a 3/4 hollow and a full hollow is simply what someone calls the grind. What I mean is that someone might call a given blade a 3/4 hollow while someone else calls it a full hollow.
...Or maybe your blades do have different grinds. I'm sure Doc will know more.
