Never seen the Palmer brand before: only know of Palmera.

Here is a #14 Dorko I recently had cleaned and honed by gssixgun. It was a gift from my great uncle after I told him I had gotten into straight razor shaving. It belonged to his father (my great-grandfather), but I know nothing else about is. It would be awesome if anyone knew any facts about it. Pics are below!
