Thanked: 38I beg your pardon for boring you all with my issue, but I want to share with you that after one week I haven't got any answer to my mails neither from the seller nor from Wacker. That has since the beginning been the worst part of this transaction: few and late answers from the seller, no answers from Wacker.
After this experience I will strongly suggest to anyone paying their internet purchases with some mean that allows to recover money independently from seller mood.
In my situation I'm claiming my money back from American Express purchase insurance, though that will cost me 50 euro fee.

Thanked: 316450 euros fee for insurance - that's crazily unfair! I would have bombarded the seller with emails day and night, called them, faxed them, anything before considering writing off that amount for nothing.
This has certainly put me off buying from Wacker or online sellers of Wacker razors if they do not accept PayPal.
Regards,
Neil

I'm not sure that I can put such link in the forum. I ask moderators to let me know or delete this message if it's against forum rules.

You are right, but I've got good news too.
I just called AMEX customer service and they told me that for this kind of problems I don"t need to apply for the insurance, but I shall simply return the razor, send them a scan of the ticket and they are refundiing me the whole amount.

Mod note:
Thread was temporarily removed for review & returned with some posts deleted.
It is very easy to fall foul of our 'no vendor bashing' rule with these situations so the best recourse is always to contact the seller or your financial institution for resolution as was done by the OP.

Thanked: 5Dear Sterm,
one of our resellers drew our attention to this thread.
The first way in a complaint should be the seller, if this does not answer, then the manufacturer.
We did not receive any email from you. A statement from your seller is with us yet.
If you want to be refund, please contact the store where they bought / paid for your razor.
If you want a replacement for your razor, please send us your razor. After examining whether the razor has been honed etc, we will replace the razor.
Important note: I am not retired and I still run my company together with my son.
best regards
H. Wacker
