    I would ask for a replacement given that you want that model - and specify that it must be checked over before being dispatched. If the vendor is unable to supply a replacement, take a refund and then contact Wacker directly through their website, explain the problem and establish if you can order a replacement. Of course if they have that model in stock (which they appear to have at the moment) you can order it straight away.

    Edit - this is the first time I've come across a problem with Wacker - I usually recommend them because of their quality. My Chevalier is very well made - apart from the nails instead of pins of course.
