that one. From a female collector in her 80's near Bradenton Florida. She had some amazing blades!

Before I found SRP I only had two razors and switched them off from time to time using only a barbers hone to maintain the edge when it was time. Now I have more crap than I know.

I would say I'm a minimalist. I have no inkling to purchase razor after razor. Or to have a twenty razor rotation. Nothing wrong with that its just not for me.

Currently working with just one razor... one strop two soaps one balm one bottle of witch hazel and one small bottle of aftershave...for the next three months!

Only been using one for the past six months - a C. F. Ern Es-Ex. After I picked it up last summer on vacation on Vancouver Island, I've since replaced the scales with purpleheart and it's my go-to blade.
Easy to strop, a joy to use. Can't beat that old German steel.Can it be barbaric and civilized at the same time?

Don't know if this qualifies but I use 3 different razors, one soap, one strop and two different brushes.

EXACTLY the way things fell into place for me as well Rick. I have tried so many tools. My Heljestrands satisfy me so much...and my Duke 3 seems to not ever want to leave me.... I have enjoyed a few new (to me) soap and cream discoveries in the last few years as well, but for the most part....I am set!
