    Anybody know anything on the new G&F razors? Are they any good?

    I do not think SRD sells G&F straight razors.

    They do not.

    In my experience, these razors do not hone well or shave well.

    That's kinda what I was thinking but wanted to make sure. They appear to be at a very good price. Guess just not a good value.

    Stay away from them like from any others on the brands to avoid list.

    Sad thing is, a fine reputation is being ruined. For good or bad, people will associate the name with the late model junk and know not of the fine vintage products of yesteryear. Happening a lot out there. Sort of like songs. Some people cannot write anything good, so they put out a crappy version of an old tune.
