Yes - that looks similar to the one I have...a buddy of mine who served, he was a sniper and gave it to me, it's a .50 caliber round...not a live one of course. May be the camera angle, but the ogive on the bullet looks different than what I'm used to seeing.

After some serious google fu. Appears to be a 50 AMAX made by Hornady.

I have three Friodurs but none have such nice looking scales. That's a great looking razor. Enjoy it.

Definitely looks like a .50 sniper round.

nice razor, but i think i dont like the scales.
they shaves like hell so so far you good. good luck with it.

Jerry, I don't want to rub salt in a wound or anything but here's some different pics from the seller. I do hope you will enjoy as they feel so good in hand. The balance is excellent.

Shaved with this again last night and I absolutely love this razor. The honing that cudarunner did on this thing is amazing. And as he mentioned, the blades/scales have an awesome balance. It's a huge blade, but because of the balance it's amazingly nimble.
