Hi Steve...
都窪郡妹尾町箕島 On your stone there is an address. Tsukubo Senoo...should be in Okayama Prefecture, South of Japan.
箕島 these 2 last kanji means Mishima or Minoshima...a name or a place... But I haven't found any place called Mishima in Okayama prefecture, but i might be wrong.
Last letters are Katakana ハマダ Hamada and サー that means "sir", so COULD be sir Hamada, but the order is different...
Numbers on top should be the date...Showa 43 (1968), April 26th..
I need some more time for the kamisori...gonna show the picture to some of my friendsLast edited by Arsenico; 04-28-2016 at 03:17 PM.

Hello Wirm, I apologize for my delay.
This one looks to me like those sheffield razors, with chinese kanji.
I have seen a couple of these razors here on stp, and I am sure there are people who can help better than me.
Anyway, last 2 kanji should be 好調, kōchō, meaning good conditions, but usually used for people and not for things.
絶 This MIGHT be the first one, making the reading "zekkōchō", meaning "in perfect shape".
Hope this helps!
