What does the maru ideogram mean on the ideogram resembling tamahagane?

The first one:
レザー打 = rēza-da / rēza-uchi / rēza-uhi = forged razor
特級 (read R > L) = Tokkyū = high grade; special grade
Then, below this:
I'm pretty sure it is "INI" (name)
Just check this "?井 = Ini (n, master)" in the article and you will see that it could be "Ini"
I've not been able to find the first kanji (before 井) just yet,
but these razors are sold as "Ini", that's how I got the name...
別打 = betsuuchi / betsuda = specially made/forged
Second razor:
日本刀 = Nihontō = Japanese sword (razor)
特級 = Tokkyū = high grade; special grade
登録商標 = tōroku shōhyō = registered trademark
丸玉 = (see below)
特撰 = tokusen = specially selected
丸玉 = indeed, the "circle" kanji also means "Maru"
This is often seen within a name
(if I'm right, if not, I stand corrected of coarse by Arsenico or someone else)
So, 玉 within a circle = 丸玉
Now, often, kanji has different meanings, for example:
丸 = "Maru", but is also used as family name "Maruzaki" or "Gan",...
玉 = "Tama", but also used as a name "Gyoku" or "Oku",...
To answer the question what the exact name is, I don't have a perfect answer on this...
Hopefully, others do know what the name exactly is, I don't...
Maybe it is "Maruoku", or "Okumaru", or "Gyokumaruzaki", "Okugan", "Ganoku",...

Hey guys, I just bought this kamisori on the bay, and it was listed as Henkotsu but the stamp is pretty messy so I thought I'd see if anyone could help out. I've attached the seller's pictures of the blade and stamp, the paper on the side of it seems unrelated, thanks guys!

Third kanji looks like it's been ground out with a dremel, no idea there. 4th & 5th appear to be 'saku kore,' usually translated as 'made by' or 'made this.' The last two are probably his hometown, where he made it. Same format as the mei on many Japanese swords.
I'm a bit rusty & it's getting late, I can try to give it a proper look tomorrow if nobody else chimes in.
