Upper one is Tosuke. Can't help otherwise. I know this because I own one.
I had to reach out elswhere to find what the Kanji reads on my razor.

Would love to know the maker. The only Japanese framebacks I have seen with the two AA's are the Towa but no Kanji for that I don't think.
Any help would be appreciated.

I should post the answer as it may help someone in the future.
Front reads, "God", divinity/theology
back reads "specially made steel"
